1. Definitions

- The editorial service "dubaimoto.com" - people creating and holding the technicaly care of the service and people, companies and institutions cooperatinng with the service on the basis of contracts.
- The user - the phisical person. the law person or the institution using resources of the service "dubaimoto.com".

2. The rules of the internet service "dubaimoto.com"
a) Placing and looking advertisements or contents of the service "dubaimoto.com"(in according with this regulations)is entirely free of charge.
b) The user who is loged in the service "dubaimoto.com", is allowed to add, modify or remove adverts belong to him.
c) The content of the advertisement and photos involving given vehicles should contain true information and not misleading other users of the service.

e) The projection time of the advertisement lasts 30 days in the service "dubaimoto.com" counting from the day of placing it to the system. After that time, the user can extend the projection of the advert for next 30 days.
f) It is forbidden to place rude words in the content of the advert and rude expressions or contents hurting feelings or business and any other under the law.
g) The editorial service "dubaimoto.com" reservs the right to remove any adverts, without giving the reason.
h) The editorial service "dubaimoto.com" reserver the right to modify contents of the advert involving mistakes which ware coused by the user's fault or also by the system.
i) The editorial service "dubaimoto.com" is not responsible for contents of the adverts, which are placed by users..
j) All rights to contents of the service "dubaimoto.com" including a logo and any other graphic points own the editorial service and it is forbidden to copy, change or popularise by other people without a written agreement of the editorial service.
3. Privacy Policy:
In care of the safety and keeping confidentiality of personal details and other details of our users the service "dubaimoto.com" does not show some details, which are involved to users such as name, a surname(if the user is a phisical person, who does not have any company/ is not the owner of a company), a street, a number of a house or a flat and an e-mail address.

4. The end resolutions:
a) The editorial service reserver the right to change this regulation. The changes of this regulation will become operative after 5 days from publishing them in the service.
